Editing

I am an editor. I have twenty-plus years of editing experience, mainly in the book publishing industry, but I’ve also edited articles, blog posts, brochures, and other collateral pieces.  I work at all levels, including project editing, substantive editing, copyediting, and proofreading. (Wondering what’s the difference? Read this!) I favor a light-handed approach, striving to clarify and tidy up phrasing as needed to bring the author’s true meaning and voice to the surface. And I love working with authors to craft the gem of an idea into a fantastic finished book.
